Summary0008959: Allow Vengeful Ghosts to spawn outside of their death region (death penalty).
DescriptionAs a way to penalize for too many deaths, I think there should be a chance for Vengeful Ghosts to "haunt" all players, spawning outside of where they died. Killing the Vengeful Ghost will stop it from haunting anyone for like an hour or so. Suggestion 0007429 already talks about laying down the ghosts to rest, giving you a way to get rid of them permanently.

There's a certain poeticalness in my mind to your past failures coming back to literally haunt you.

Perhaps the Ghosts could also do other things, like penalize/interfere with your Civ Building efforts, until they are put to rest.

Some thoughts:-

1. What if the ghost was marked on the tile on the overmap rather than just the room it died in? I'm thinking it would have a chance to show up in every room in the tile rather than just the one it died in for as long as it lived, and would show up at full health each time so running away and coming back won't help. (I'm thinking low chance for most rooms, no chance for "cleared" (no enemies) rooms, reasonably high chance for boss rooms and 100% chance for lieutenant or overlord rooms. It'll also make it less likely to have an impassable room since you can try and clear some of the ghosts elsewhere. (I'd like to have the areas ghosts can "spread" to clearly identifiable.)

2. Tied to the tile haunting, it makes it much easier to mark that tile as unbuildable until all ghosts are gone, or make any buildings already present not work until all ghosts are gone.
