| Summary | 0029440: Build menu seams to "blink" with the Necromancer Empire | ||||
| Description | When playing the Necromancer Empire the direct build menu seam to "blink". These blink seams to only appear with the Necromancer Empire and only in the direct build menu, but the trigger seams to be the tooltip as this bug appear when i over other in game tooltip (not only the one coming from the direct build menu). In the setting i tried to change around the tooltip writer aswell as other tooltip related option, but nothing seams to change. Also tried to switch between Direct11 and OpenGL but no change either. | ||||
