Summary	0027974: Factory Drones
Description	The drones from mobile factories such as the Rejuvenator or Combat factories do not return to their parent factory once all enemies have been destroyed like they usually do. They also do not dissipate (take %hull damage per second) if not on the same planet as parent factory. I basically have to keep manually deleting the drones so mobile factories can build them again.
