There is a warden carrier guardian on Ephesus in the attached save. Spawn in an ohmu and kill it, then wait a few seconds (you might have to chase it to Samaria). The error message will *sometimes* occur, it's a less consistent reproduction than I would like. It reproduced in 5 of 9 tries.

Drone fleet centerpieces that die give their living drones to the loose fleet (existing behavior, but also the source of this error). As of 5.570 they instead replace those living drones with new entities (with the same hull, orders, etc). This should be a much safer thing to do, as changing the fleet membership of a living ship is not a very well-used code path (in fact, its only this, with the exception of swapping lines between player fleets).
