| Description | I have a non-crippled transport on planet with an STM and the reprogram option is not there, despite the tooltip stating it can be reprogrammed. I am able to sabotage it but unable to reprogram. Planet is Gerunda in the provided save | ||||

This is a deliberate choice for necromancer. The tooltip has been updated to not show this hack for necromancers. |
