Summary	0027112: Necromancer Fleet tooltips flicker as buffs are gained and lost
Description	Looking at the tooltip for a Necromancer Fleet that is boosted by a Minor Necropolis or Amplifiers, the text flickers as it rotates between the boosted and unboosted stats. This happens continuously and can flicker multiple times in a second. In the attached save it is noticeable, it also occurs in games with fewer boosting units.
