Summary0026956: Cannot hack from experimental ship line
DescriptionI asked the community and they said it was a bug, so I'm reporting it.

I was playing in Civil War mode in Quick Start and when I tried to hack the Experimental Ship Line, it said we have already hacked as many times as we can (0 out of 0) and I could not hack it.
I have hacked Parasite on another planet but not on this planet.
Why couldn't I hack on this planet?
