Summary0026812: Spire city structure build limits are too high - Fallen Spire edition.
DescriptionObserved in a Fallen Spire test game, following discussion on discord ( https://discord.com/channels/240637654717300736/242012213580136448/959217086566121482 ). Appears to be very similar to issue 0026422

Currently the Spire city building build limits appear to be a bit buggy for many of the buildings - the Beam Cannon, Lesser and Greater Fortress, Mining Facility, Repair Centre and Shipyard all have a significantly higher build limit than they should have in higher mark cities. In the case of the last four buildings, the limit for the individual building is far higher than the casing limit of the city would let you build (even on the galactic capitol city with it's 2 bonus casings.)

I don't know if it's a coincidence that all the affected buildings are the ones that scale with Mk or not.

This can be seen for the mining facility, repair centre and shipyard already in the attached save, despite it only being mk2. (The limit is 3 on a mk2 city in Infused games after those got fixed, here it's already 4)

Another save with the capitol at Mk3, so it's even clearer.

* Fixed an issue where traditional-style ship cap scaling was being applied against the fallen spire city buildings when it should not have been, thus leading to inflated counts.
