Summary0026806: system owned by marauder causing hacking cost miscalc
Descriptionsystem owned by maruader that i am currently attacking with fleet 1. because it is not ai owned the tooltip says it is nonhostile and cost is reduced to .5 but it is hostile becase it is owned by marauders so instead is multiplied by 2. so the check for the tooltip should include non ai hostile factions. yes i have mods on but this doesnt seem to be related to the mods but the faction code itself.

The tooltip for hacks on planets controlled by hostile minor factions now correctly reflects the fact that it is considered a "hostile planet"
