Potentially related to using Arc Empire for the player. A fresh game started such shows the same error. |

This looks to be working fine as of 4.007. There was a bug in 4.006 that seemed to permanently strip AIP costs away from planets, so I would safely call any Ark Empire saves from 4.006 invalid. If you can reproduce this with a save that was started in 4.007 or later, please let me know. |

I can confirm that the bug is fixed in 4.009 :). (Sorry for the late response - Mantis stopped emailing me for some reason...) |
