Summary0026675: is it a bug or a feature that spire fleet module switches take no resources and are instant?
Descriptionnot that anyone around here would abuse it but i wanted to check if it was intentional that micromanaging your weapons could help increase the effectiveness of the spire frigate and cruisers

I mean, it's intentional that it works this way. I suppose I could make it stun the ships you adjust for 15 seconds if it will close off a self-inflicted set of micro pain.

* When modules on a ship line are changed around, all the ships in that line are paralyzed for 10 seconds.
** Thematically, this is them doing their retrofitting. Functionally, this hopefully removes any incentive to drive yourself crazy microing the modules on and off during battle.
