So here's what's going on. The AI feel like its empire has been disconnected due to your massive force on Gonnos. So it's putting in a new wormhole to reconnect it. |

Yes, the issue is that I spent very little time there, so it's a waste to build such wormhole for some short disconnection. If I built a Necropolis there or parked my fleet for lots of time, then it'd make sense to built it that way. |

Sure, but the AI doesn't know that. And you could easily decide to hold the planet to split the AI up. And now you won't do that, because the AI made a new wormhole so it just seems like a bad idea. |
