Summary	0026370: Metal Harvesters Receiving Distributed Economy Multipliers
Description	With the Distributed Economy setting, of course, different types of command stations multiply the income from Asteroid Mining Plants by some amount, and the description of each type of command station mentions this. However, even when the Distributed Economy setting is disabled, Metal Harvesters still seem to receive the same multiplier, even though it's not mentioned in the descriptions of the various types of command station, which I don't think intended. I'm attaching two screenshots showing the exact same metal harvester when the station is a Military Command Station versus an Economic Command Station (with some extra income from a Transport that's hovering in the system).

Thanks! * Fixed an issue that has been plaguing Humanity Ascendant mode for quite some time apparently, where if you did not have the distributed economy on, you still got a massive bonus to the astroid mines from economic and home command stations, and a bit of a bonuse from logistical. Military command stations had no effect on this. This was majorly inflating player income.
