Should we disable some map types on Expert and Challenger? Obviously X, but what about any others? This seems like it would be a good idea.

Actually:

* Overly choke-point-heavy maps are now disallowed on Challenger and up, as they can make the game ridiculously easy far faster than most else.
** This includes X, Concentric, Maze, Bubbles, Compass, Encapsulated, Honeycomb, Linked Rings, Octopus, Squares, and Cubular.
** This leaves Realistic, Simple, Chaotic, Classic, Clusters, Clusters Microcosm, Dissonance, Grid, Swirl, and Wheel for the advanced game modes.
** Thanks to Strategic Sage for indirectly giving the idea (I'm not going to throw him under the bus on this one).
