So this seems to happen only when you swapping exchanges units, but does not delete them. The wards aren't destroyed in the result of the swapping, so they are still recognized as belonging to the original fleet However, if/when these wards die, they will then appear in the transferred fleet. I can't fix this behavior but it seems to sort itself out. |
