Summary	0026280: Tooltip missing for Essence Icon
Description	Saw a message saying no essence to upgrade, and could not work out what it was for a while. Then noticed some tooltips referring to a red icon at the top of the screen, so I cursored over it only to discover nothing. Would it be possible to update the it as well as provide some feedback similar to the other icons at the top of the screen?
