Summary0026152: MP: Necromancer Plagueswarm Flagship and Hive golem keeping making extra spawns over cap.
DescriptionIn MP Clients fleet of Necromancer plagueswarm and clients fleet of Hive golem kept making infinite spawn ships around them. This led to many thousands of them and bad performance.

Reloading the save made them dissapper but they soon started to go over the limit again. The save we used is in the overall MP session ticket.

* Fixed a bug with the plague swarm unit, and the hive golem, where they were able to infinitely build drones using some of the new mechanics.
** This has been tested and fixes the plague swarm, but the hive golem fix has not been tested. It should work unless it's a different code path
** This doesn't fix huge numbers of these things already existing in saves, but if you delete the overflow of what you have, it won't build back past the cap again.
