Summary	0025886: raycasts against ship icons on the planet view are not working at all.
Description	This one is definitely for me. Essentially, when you hover over the icon for a ship in the planet view, it does not register the raycast. It only allows you to hover over the circles for ships themselves, which is fine for big ships (sort of), but incredibly irritating for smaller ones. Icon raycasts on the galaxy map work fine. This may be related to how I had to switch up raycasts to work in fixedupdate and update, I may have made some mistake.
