DescriptionClassified this as issue not bug as I'm guessing this might be intended, but currently when I tried a Nodorian Tortoid start, the "increase weapon power" hack still shows up in the hack tab, but the game tells you it's not possible without any explanation as to why. If it IS intended to be unavailable for the starting arks, I'd humbly suggest flagging these somehow so the option doesn't show up in the hack tab at all. As it is, the game just doesn't let you without any indication as to why. Ignore the save file name as this is just the same exact save file as the other report for completion's sake.
