| Description | Orbital mining tech improves the mines, and presumably the cryostasis and cities on your homeworld, however, neither show up. Additionally, when upgrading a fleet leader from science, aside from command centers, it only shows the improvement for the ship-lines/turret lines, but does not show what the leader itself gains. Mobile Fort tooltips do not display upgrades for Battlestations. There may be others as well. | ||||
