Summary0025737: Templar encampments - Too frequent spawn, easy farming
DescriptionI noticed that leaving uncaptured planets like the ones in the screenshot makes the templar spawn some encampments which are extremely underdefended and an easy way to make science and hacking points. Would it be better to increase the strength or slightly reduce the sapwn rate?
What do you think about that Badger?

I've made Encampments spawn less frequently, and made them a bit stronger when they spawn.

In general I think it's okay if the Necromancer gets some advantage from farming (since it has some RPG style aspects), but it can be a bit slower
