I fixed Transcievers not working, but the screen shot shows it not *building*, which I *think* is unrelated.

Okay, so I think what the real problem here was is that this save was from 3.313, not from the later version. @slake-moth had a different report about the version number being wrong on GOG and things being strange, and it turned out that I wasn't actually updating properly with anything sensible since that version. So, the version that he was using was incredibly out of date and possibly also corrupt. The new version on GOG should have all sorts of fun new problems, but not that one.

Sorry about that, again, GOG folks -- and thank you to @slake-moth for helping me realize there was even a problem at all!
