|Summary||0025359: Can't rebuild Economy Station when in an energy deficit|
|Description||The issue here is.. doing so is what one tends to need to do to get out of an energy deficit.|
Don't have save, I was walking my brother through and later he overwrote the save I got him to make by accident.
Was Humanity's Ascent mode, 777, no DLC, no additional factions.

||Is there a reason why it isn't sufficient to just turn off other things until you're not in a deficit, and then rebuild them later?|
Because it makes little sense for something that is generating a recourse not to be buildable due to the lack of it.
For a new player, especially one with a few references to the genra, it makes little to no sense as to why one would have to.

I tried to reproduce the situation in 3.313 and it built the station properly. I'll attach a save.
