Summary0025335: Improper Shot Culling (beams persist for no apparent reason)
DescriptionThis has been around forever and honestly it's not too important, but often times shots fired won't be culled if their target dies before the shot reaches them. This can be graphically distracting, especially with beam weapons. Here's a clip of spire leaving beams around a planet if you want to see it to remind yourself of what I'm talking about. https://clips.twitch.tv/JoyousCautiousPeanutTF2John-ASlvUVHgdv4TzVCd

I suspect that this is unrelated to "shot culling" and is just a bug with visual beams in general. There are a number of those bugs at the moment.

This affects all shot types though. I've seen missiles, bullets, lightning, etc. all do the same thing. Also has been around for a very long time (like a year or more), but it just appears to be happening more frequently.
