Summary0025330: Map generator sometimes adds planets that are really far away
DescriptionI often play with 160 planets and see this bug on X and Linked Rings. Usually, the map is zoomed out and one or more planets are placed far away. Sometimes, no planets are displayed at all.
Please see the attached files, you should be able to replicate the issue by using those settings.
On both, it only seems to happen when Extra Satellites To Hit Target is being used, so I suspect the code used to add the extra planets is adding them incorrectly.

On X, if Go For Perfect Symmetry is set to Yes, the issue doesn't seem to occur. If this is correct, maybe that option has some bug fixing in it.
