| Description | Nothing obvious was done that caused this exception to occur...but it's an exception that appears to occur once a second once it does occur. The exception did happen about the time I summoned an outguard trader on Murdoch...but the exception didn't start immediately after doing so: so it's unclear if there's causation there. Quitting the game and reloading seemed to resolve the exception.
