| Summary | 0024689: Allow player to set ship targeting via Local Planet screen | ||||
| Description | Sometimes there's a case where you need your ships to focus a certain enemy, but you can't target that enemy because there are too many other ships stacked on top of it. Would it be possible to enable using right click on an enemy ship type on the "At Local Planet" sidebar to order your currently selected ships to focus on that enemy? If this isn't possible due to coding restraints, some other work-around to this issue would be appreciated- I'm not sure if I can save this chokepoint without the ability to focus down the Dire Widow guardians stunning all my turrets :\ | ||||

Ran into this problem too with the priority target (usually a Guard post giving something invincibility) being below a whole bunch of friendly and/or hostile ships and I had to pause and unpause several times to finally being able to click it. Like you I tried right clicking it in Planet view too but with no effect. |

Thanks! * You can now right-click units on the planet sidebar to have your selected ships do whatever it was that would normally happen in such a situation. (Attack, assist, etc.) |
