Summary0024636: Polarizer cap inconsistent
DescriptionPolarizer cap after fleet extender and high capacity transport should number at 1100 or something. One of my polarizers after extender and high capacity transport only has 666 (lol). Said abnormal count is on Fleet Strike Holites in the save.

Napkin math puts a line of Polarizers from a frigates with support seeded fleet after those value adjustments at 664. It isn't a bug. Its that the frigates with support fleet hands out a roughly half-strength strikecraft line alongside multiple frigates. Base cap for that fleet for a Polarizer so chosen is 38 instead of the usual 64.

We can close this issue then, the other question would be is if this is good for gameplay to have this kind of variance in fleet caps
