| Summary | 0024620: AI Overlord phase two getting slowed to a stand still. | ||||
| Description | AI Overlord Phase two seems to be getting stopped to a standstill by Swarm CC's Mosquito Drone's reverse tractor. I don't think this is meant to happen, and wonder if the AIOL can be made immune from all tractoring/slowing effects + a speed buff? The new phase 2 is pretty exciting, but it was disappointing getting stopped in its tracks by tractoring. | ||||

the reverse tractor should have zero effect on the speed of the target -- It merely lets units hitch a ride The mosquito drone is designed explicitly to target things like the Overlord phase 2 so I'm very opposed to it getting immunities (this would actually require changing the mosquito's reverse tractor, not the stats of the overlord) |

It should, but within the game, I've stopped the overlord from moving much at all using the reverse tractor. Could this be something going on with the AI behaviour instead? If they do not affect the speed, could it be possible that the AI Overlord Phase 2 stops moving when it realizes it cannot leave the planet? |

reverse tractor does not prevent units from leaving the planet -- this sounds like a bug with the overlord's behavior. It should be beelining to the player hw as far as i know |

Yeah, sounds like a bug since as the save shows, whenever I focus fire the mosquito drone onto the overlord with the cruiser, it stops moving |
