Description | Currently, when advanced options are hidden, players can only adjust the Main AI difficulty. However, an actual increase in difficulty to the level intended is to set the AI difficulty all to the same level of increase. I would like to suggest making it so that the AI Subfaction difficulty matches the selected Main AI difficulty when advanced options are hidden. | ||||

That's what happens already. :) There's a new Universal Difficulty dropdown, and when that's enabled (it is by default), then any settings you make to the sub-difficulties are outright ignored. It sets it to whatever the main one is when you start the game. |

Ah okay, opening up the advanced options didn't change the difficulty in the lobby. But if it's already set upon game start, then that's perfect |

It's in a tooltip on the new "universal difficulty" advanced setting, but if there's a way I can add more clarity, please let me know. |
