Never mind. I had to unplaused the game with Quick Starts. Interestingly Custom Games are not effected |

Having to unpause the game for the icons to appear is a bit weird. Unpause, and the global command augmenters appear. |

Were there exceptions that happened? There were a number of bugs in the version you were playing on. If you update to the latest version, is it all ok now? |

I figured out the problem and found it was not a bug after all. It's the fact the Quick Start start the game on pause while the Custom Game do not. If I hit pause fast enough on Custom Game it does the same thing. After a second of two all icons appear on the galactic map. |

A lot of data is set by the main Sim threads, which only run once the game has been unpaused. If you look carefully, a number of tooltips say "You must unpause the game to see data" as well. |
