Summary0024122: AI Ships sometimes get "stuck" after partially clearing a planet
DescriptionSometimes AI units get "stuck" after partially clearing a player planet (sometime after the command station is taken out). They stop firing, they stop looking for targets. Especially egregious when you have infinite range turrets on the planet, the AI will just sit there and take it instead of trying to take them out.

Sadly does not persist on save/load. Once you load the AI units "wake up" and finish clearing the planet.

However, I will see if I can make a save where I am about to lose a planet and then the AI will do this behavior.

Ok, I think I got some saves. In the attached saves, Postel is about to be destroyed by incoming hunter fleets. (I've intentionally retreated my forces to show off this bug). After a while after destroying the command station, they should stop attacking and just sit there. It may take a few tries.
