Description | Host placed a spire relic on an AI planet where client had fleet present (host's fleet was absent, so client should have the most strength there) but host got the spire city. When client built a command center, the spire city and fleet was still owned by the host. | ||||

Please close this issue, it seems who owns the relic is determined by who does the hack. |

Then this bug report should be used to update the tooltip to clarify this. |
