| Description | Went poking around in the controls to hunt down some selection hotkeys, found software gore instead. For some bizarre reason, the order is random, and changes every time I relaunch the game. Instead of fleet groups being numbered in order (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10), I see orders like (1, 5, 9, 6, 7, 2, 8, 3, 0, 4). Granted, I can't see any reason why I'd want to change things so that Fleet Group 1 isn't bound to number 1, so this isn't much of a problem. It's just such an exceptionally weird GUI issue that I felt compelled to report it. Screenshots attached. | ||||

There's been some UI changes in recent versions, but as of the current beta (2.624) the Controls -> Fleet Groups menu still has the same issue. |

Thanks! * Fixed an issue where because of the way we have been reading the controls input xml for the last few months, things like the control groups have been out of order. In general the order of the controls has been random and funky. |
