Summary0023760: ARS Hacks not generating waves
DescriptionJust started a new game up with this patch... and all ARS hacks are failing to spawn enemy AI ship waves. Haven't tried other hacks yet since its really early game. But with 3+ ARS hacks run and no enemies showing up in response something is obviously screwed up. No courtesy waves and no final wave. Just nothing at all...

Not a peep. Literally just load Oddities, send the fleets through and clear the system. Hack the ARS. Nothing spawns from the ARS hack.

Are other waves being spawned? It's possible that I messed up something with wave spawning in the last few builds. I'll see what I can find here.

Edit: looks like other waves are not working, either, although those are coming through as 0 strength waves, which is interesting that there's that difference.
