Summary0023732: Multiplayer: reduce back down the number of items checked per sync.
DescriptionI think that I can get rid of the "is this the wrong faction" and "is this the wrong type" checks, but it's hard to be sure. Essentially, these are things where the health or position or planet should also be wrong in any feasible condition where they might be wrong, so this is probably needless extra data. Ship sync checks is the largest source of data usage at the moment, well over actual ships that are wrong being fixed, so figuring out this simple way to reduce things might be good.
