Description | The Allied Scourge beacon is a good idea on its own, but I think there should be a way to unleash a hostile scourge. It would definitely be one of the higher-impact factions to turn on, something like 3k-4k science would seem like an appropriate boon for voluntarily doing this. Of course the scourge might be a lot easier to handle if they don't start the game in play. | ||||

You can change the allegiance of the Scourge beacon before it's fully hacked, but I'm not sure what would happen, in that case. |

In the in game "Factions" menu you can change the scourge in the beacon to be "Hostile". Otherwise, if you want scourge stuff that's what the game lobby is there for. |
