Summary	0023630: Steam launcher selects Vulkan version by default
Description	The Steam launcher, when launching AIW2, gives the option to launch the experimental Vulkan version or the OpenGL version. However, the experimental Vulkan version is first, and is by default selected, even though it is experimental. It seems like the OpenGL version, which it even calls out as recommended, should be the default option.
