|Summary||0023328: Dyson should scale over course of game|
Dyson gets eclipsed by other factions (pun intended). Even at high intensities, the Dyson largely becomes irrelevant, even when it gets antagonized. The hacks to its production and cap-size aren't as impactful as they could be because the Dyson stays on mark 1 tech throughout game.
Dyson ships mark up when certain events trigger. Here's a couple ways (my first suggestion is my favorite by far)
1) Whenever the Dyson calms down AFTER it is antagonized (whether after killing the Dyson Antagonizer or after it calms down from a player hack), the Dyson marks up. I like this a lot because it makes multiple hacks against the Dyson riskier but have a higher reward threshold. It also seems thematic--the Dyson is annoyed that it got anatagonized in the first place and devotes more resources to its standing fleet.
2) Scales with AIP. Not flashy and basically means mark 3 is the most it will mark up
