Actually they did get claimed a few minutes later. Still, the delay is unprecedented as far as I can remember.

Is there something in there blocking the claim? There are certain units that block the ability to claim -- it's in xml as blocks_enemy_claim_flows.

The units that have that ability right now look to be:
- Astro Train Experimental Guardians
- The larger dark spire units
- The larger dark zenith units (in DLC2 closed beta)
- The larger dyson units
- I guess pretty much every guardian and dire guardian
- The usurper
- The larger nanocaust units.
- Most of the Zenith Architrave units (in DLC2 closed beta)

Those things are basically the "big guardians" of the AI or other factions, and it prevents you from just going in and sniping a command station, building your own real quick, and then capturing a capturable and running away. Honestly I'm surprised that the AI Golems don't have this on, as it feels like they probably should. Guard posts feel like they should, too, honestly.

I'm not sure if there's feedback on why something isn't capturable in the tooltips right now.

Badger, it sounds like you fixed something today that was a second copy of this?

I'm guessing that the reason this was happening was that the player was hostile to the Neutral Faction (just like the AI was hostile to the Neutral faction in that stuck-waves game).
