Description | See title: All non-player units of a higher mark do not properly gain hull/shields from marks. Can be seen by loading up any new game and viewing Guardposts, or comparing your starting units to AI ones of a higher mark. | ||||

Do you have an easy reproduction scenario for this? Ie "Load this save game, increase the AIP and watch units on planet X" |

As simple as starting the game and comparing Guardpost health on different ai planets. Mark 1 planets have the same Guardpost health as Mark 2+. |
