Summary0023229: Macrophage Spores do not move off-planet
DescriptionWhen hovering over a Spore's tooltip I can sometimes see a brief flicker of something; possibly a move order that is immediately cancelled. Every spore that moves to or spawns on 'Dead Star of Damats' seems unable to leave. The Spores from the neighbouring planet can move to 'Dead Star of Damats', but then suffer from the same behaviour. I attached two saves: the first (Spores 2) is right before a spawn event for a Telium on a neighbouring planet, and the second (Spores 3) shows Spores from two planets stuck on 'Dead Star of Damats'.

I started this game with the Clustered Telia setting, and new Telia were spawned on three neighbouring planets in earlier in the game.
At some point after hacking two Telia on two different planets I eliminated all remaining Telia on the third planet, so only Tamed Telia remained.
I also remember that new Telia were spawned on both planets that still had a Telium after this point.
Then I decided to capture a Spire Relic, and one the Spire Debris went to the Macrophage faction; it seemed useful given that they were allies very close to an AI Home Planet. This Spire-infested Telium is on 'Dead Star of Damats'.
It is at some point after this event that I noticed the only new Telia to spawn were on 'Dead Star of Damats'. Now the Spores just sit there and do nothing because they cannot spawn any more Telia on that planet (maximum number of Telia is reached).

Sneaky little bug. It happened because your owned planets were super close. Smart expansion logic (which is always enabled for Tamed regardless of intensity) failed to find a planet between your two planets because they were adjacent! Fixed for the next release, thanks.
