| Description | if you speed up the game, it takes longer for decloakers to remove cloak from units. this is noticble with guardposts. look at planet Nordin, and you'll notice there are several cloaked guard posts. use units at Kultis to distract ai units, and bring in the revealer battle station. be sure to test at 1x speed and 4x speed individually. you'll notice 1x speed decloaks in about 3-4 seconds, but when using 4x speed, it takes 16 seconds real time. Thanks! * Added a new "LocalMultiplierWhenNoDeltaTime" on planets, which factors in two things: ** Firstly, if game speed is running faster. Secondly, if there is coarse background processing going on. ** For things that normally just happen "every sim step" at a flat rate, which are few and far between, they should now be multiplied by this. ** The lack of this is why it was taking 16 realtime seconds to decloak ships when at 4x sim speed when normally it would take 4 seconds in 1x sim speed. |

This has been a thing since at least 2018, reported-wise, and realistically it has always been there. Yikes! Glad to have it fixed now, anyway. |
