Description | These Nanocaust were created after destroying the Nanocaust Suppression Field Emitter, and then hacked to become allies. They have since spread to dozens of planets. I have attached a save called "Nanocaust continuously damaged". After unpausing they are briefly marked as hostile, so turrets and ships will briefly attack them. Sometimes the planet under attack icons even appear with the yellow of the nanocaust indicating they are the attackers. Furthermore, keeping the game paused and selecting any of the Nanocaust units in the planet panel (or on the planet itself) of the current planet will throw up an exception. After unpausing and the Nanocaust has been assigned the proper alliances and strike teams (or whatever it is they do), the exceptions are no longer thrown but some of their units will remain on the planet and attrition until destroyed. This then leads to another problem because I have the 'Repair allies' option on by default, and so managed to lose all/most of my metal. Easily fixed by toggling this option, but an additional problem regardless. | ||||
