Summary0022968: Ship selection cleared after double clicking a planet
Description- Select a fleet, or some ships.
- On the galaxy map, click a planet.
- Enter the planet by pressing TAB.

The ships are still selected.

- On the galaxy map, enter a planet by double clicking.

Bug observed: The selection is cleared.
Expected: The selection is preserved, there is no reason for it to be cleared.

I'd like to note that this makes things like sending Spire relics to build a city, and setting up Raid Frigate penetration missions, pretty annoying.

* Fixed a longstanding issue where the second click of a double-click into a planet was being treated as a single click in empty space on that planet and thus clearing your selection.
