Summary0022874: Countdown Timer for Reserve Response
DescriptionMerely a timer that counts down once the player is eligible for a deepstrike response. Prevents it being a nasty sudden surprise to people who don't know about it yet, prevents accidental triggers if units route an odd way. Perhaps also helps with people thinking it's fairly cheaty for a large force to appear instantly like that.

Possibly per difficulty, so newbies have a lot of time, but on higher it's fast enough that you can't snipe something and get out before it arrives too much.

When the AI Reserves decide to attack, they now give you a Notification saying "AI Reserves arriving in X seconds" instead of just appearing instantly. This gives you the chance to scrap units, retreat, snipe the command station, etc...
