Description | Simple/Dreamcatcher; Raid/Webbed/Rejuvenator with maxed civilian structures; Special Forces Master/Anticipatory/Kite Master; default unit stacking with coarse background processing off. I don't have much to add from 22713. Raid frigates are becoming core to my playstyle; armored golems are still really good. Generalist is the only non-fusion tech I seem to be able to kill phase 2 with. This is the first time I had the chance to use an Autobomb/Nanoswarm combat factory in a winning 10 run. It's strong, but I think a murdered economy is enough of a counterbalance. The issue from 22614 still exists, though I didn't notice it as much this time around. I was hoping I'd have a 10/10 win for you, but then 22739 happened. Maybe next time... | ||||

Keep on truckin'! Though I do think 'maxed civilian structures' could be seen as making this not a bug. I.e., from the forum thread on this: " Any of the various sliders or knobs that change mechanics in galaxy options are off limits for a pure game." |

It's not in galaxy options. It's on the same page as selecting your starting fleet, with the only disclaimer being that it's "advanced". Supposedly a tradeoff on how well you can defend your homeworld, seeing as they give AIP on death. That said, if it's not something I should be doing, please advise. |

I don't think I have a manual save this time. I'll check through some autosaves when i get home. |

If you're looking for me moving onto the homeworld, 31500 is almost perfect. Fleet 4 is almost done neutering Widom; after that I started using the raid frigates to wear down the dire guard posts. If you're looking for the start of phase 2, 35100 is also almost perfect. I backed off to give my metal some time to regenerate. Side note: I see an impossibly low amount of strength on Orilia in 35100. At the very least, it's not counting the 33 strength from phase 1. |

Upon loading game 31500, your forces neutering Widom are rapidly set on by several hundred strength of Warden Fleet that was previously stuck due to bugs in my code. Super useful save games for debugging, thanks! Keep up the great bugfinding. |
