Summary0022408: Tooltip reports Null InstanceRenderer and another bug on the Galaxy Map
DescriptionWhen mousing over various things on the galaxy map, it says your Instance Renderer is null. Well of course it is, because it's not rendering it on the galaxy map.

In the same tooltip, if a different planet is selected, it gives an error, wrong planet selected. On the galaxy map, what does it matter what planet is selected?

* Fixed two (harmless) error messages that would show up on ship tooltips on the galaxy map view since the prior build. This was just some of our debugging code for detecting wrong ship info, but it only applies in planetary view.
