These being auto built makes little sense to me. They are not Combat Engineers, they are stuck on whichever planet they are placed. |

The logic is "Lets say I've put this citadel on the front lines, and I want it to always have its engineers available to rebuild damage I take from waves. If the engineers are killed then I want to make sure they rebuild automatically". If the player moves the citadel subsequently then they are responsible for killing the old engineers. I don't have a problem with this, but you need to provide a save game I can test against. |

That makes some sense. I was thinking it'd just be constantly building them where-ever it went. |

the logic is the same as with combat factories - engineers got killed first :D which makes manual rebuilding them quite annoying i've attached the save |
