Summary	0022222: Wave tooltip doesn't work anymore after zooming out on galaxy map
Description	- Load attached save - Mouseover the wave notification - tooltip works - Zoom out completely in the galaxy map - Wave tooltip now permanently doesn't work Tested with latest SVN with updated asset bundles. Bug might be in official release too.
